Warrior > Worrier

Often in life we are dealt blows that sometimes seem so devastating you aren't sure how to recover. While suffering is something we will all go through at one point or another during the course of our life, how we choose to move forward from the contrast we experience is what ultimately makes us stronger people.

If we take each break-down, and turn it into a break-through, we can emerge from these moments like a phoenix rising from the ashes. Don't allow the pain of the past to perpetuate into the future. Use the pain as fuel to ignite your inner fire, and blaze a better trail ahead. Instead of being a "worrier" and fixating on the why/if/can, become a "warrior" and focus your thoughts on the AM/WILL/IS.

When something bad happens, there is nothing that can be done other than to move forward, and take the experience/extract the lesson. Focus on your I AM, and WILL it into being. "I AM a warrior, and I WILL persevere." Do not sink into the WHY, for the WHY leads to more why. The "I" leads to the eye inside having crystal clear clarity, courage, and confidence to fight for what we really want, not what we think we need.
